[RECOVERY] : RA_Recovery for Vodafone Smart/Huawei U8160

Hi,

This really should be considered a 'BETA' test, but I've built a version of Amon_RA's RA-Recovery for the Vodafone Smart/Huawei U8160.

I had to make some big changes to the code to support a device without a Home button, and have defaulted to the ClockWorkMod standard of having to use the POWER button to select options....
